More About Sierra
Businesses facing disputes regarding their trade secrets and restrictive covenants turn to Sierra to protect their valuable assets. She assists clients in complex commercial disputes regarding contract, business tort, unfair competition, and consumer financial litigation matters, in both state and federal court. Her experience includes discovery, law and motion, investigations, and general advising.
Sierra builds her client service philosophy on knowledge and communication. She learns everything she can about the client's business, and puts extra effort into maintaining open communication. Her background in linguistics and anthropology helped shape her into the communicator she is today.
Before joining Seyfarth, Sierra worked at a small estate-planning firm in Hawaii. This experience with individual clients taught her to value genuine relationships over quick sales. She carries that appreciation over to her relationships with clients today.
While in law school, Sierra also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sierra appreciates Seyfarth's commitment to diversity and inclusion. She values her incredibly diverse work experience, saying, "I love that I am constantly learning new things."
