Sofia has a dynamic entrepreneurial practice that serves employers in many industries in Italy and across Europe. Fluent in Italian and English, Sofia’s practice is focused on Italian employment law where she advises a number of high profile international businesses in complex deals and industrial relations issues, among many other employment law services.

Sofia is well-known for navigating expatriate matters for her multinational clients and regularly counsels global corporations on social insurance relations and litigation. Sofia provides day-to-day support to clients so they can effectively liaise with social insurance bodies and deal with labor inspections.

Before joining Seyfarth, Sofia received her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Pisa. Sofia worked for a multinational law firm and Milan-based law firm, advising multinational companies on Italian employment law.

Sofia strives to use her extensive experience to simplifying complex employment law matters with practical advice that helps clients meet their business goals.
