For more than a decade, Stephanie has successfully counseled and represented companies of all sizes in a broad range of employment law and litigation matters. She has represented financial institutions, accounting firms, tech companies, retailers, health care organizations, and transportation companies in employment matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, as well as PAGA representative and class actions. Stephanie also conducts internal investigations and regularly counsels clients on a broad range of employment and compliance issues.
