More About Stephanie

Stephanie's work concentrates on all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses, technical assistance, compliance evaluation preparation and management, and all phases of the OFCCP compliance review process.

Stephanie returned to Seyfarth in May 2005 after serving as a government compliance manager for a major hardware retailer. Prior to joining Seyfarth initially in March 2001, Stephanie worked as a human resources professional with affirmative action compliance responsibilities for a major retail department store for 14 years.

Stephanie has assisted single and multifacility establishments across a variety of industries on a nationwide basis. Her experience includes:

  • Training of clients’ human resources staff responsible for affirmative action compliance and affirmative action plan development.
  • Compensation analysis, including the model currently recommended by the National Office of the OFCCP; Impact ratio analysis using individual client human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Preparation for OFCCP Compliance Review, including self audits and the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents.
  • Development of affirmative action plans using clients’ databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance.
