Tom represents employers in federal and state courts, administrative agency investigations, arbitrations, and mediations. He has defended employers against federal and state law claims of discrimination based on sex, race, national origin, age, religion, and disability, as well as leave-related claims. Tom has worked with several of the top Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including aviation and defense, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, retail, and staffing services.
Having served as both in-house and outside counsel at various stages of his career, Tom approaches each matter with a keen awareness of both the legal and business concerns that affect litigation strategy.
