Tom’s practice frequently involves representing defendants in complex product liability litigation alleging that products are carcinogenic. Tom routinely litigates federal multidistrict litigation and similar state consolidated litigation involving the inadmissibility of plaintiffs’ expert opinions regarding scientific and medical issues. He works closely with defense experts to explain complicated topics to courts and juries.
