Timothy represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law in federal and state trial and appellate courts. He focuses on wage and hour matters and class, collective, and private attorney general representative actions.

Timothy partners with clients to develop a hands-on approach to all employment related matters they may face, ranging from labor code violations, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and harassment. Clients regularly rely on Timothy’s years of experience for legal advice and counsel regarding all compliance matters related to California law.
Timothy advises across a spectrum of industries, and understands the intricacies and nuances of each sector. For more than two decades, Timothy has worked with the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and staffing industries. He brings considerable knowledge of how those industries work, the challenges they face in litigation, and the needs of the business operations.
