More About Vlada
Small businesses and multinational corporations are subject to complex, evolving, and oftentimes competing laws. Clients look to Vlada for solutions which not only address the law, but can be tailored to their business in a cost-effective and profitable way.
Vlada's practice focuses on a combination of single-plaintiff and complex litigation matters, defending management against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state, and local laws. She also counsels and advises clients on new developments in the law, and has revised employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance.
Vlada's varied experience has given her insight into multiple fora, including before federal, state, and local agencies. She worked as an in-house paralegal prior to law school, as a judicial intern at the Southern District of New York after her first year in law school, and as an extern at the US Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit during her third year in law school. Vlada joined Seyfarth initially as part of the Labor & Employment department's fellowship program, an innovative training-focused program for law students with an affinity for labor and employment law. With this range of experience, she can confidently and vigorously defend her clients in their matters.
Her consistent commitment to seeking out new learning opportunities and assignments has allowed Vlada to take on more responsibility, and develop a keen sense of judgment well beyond her time practicing. She always provides a personal touch by learning about her clients' business and industry-specific needs. This knowledge allows her to advise clients regarding precautionary measures to avoid costly litigation.
Vlada enjoys helping for-profit and pro bono clients at Seyfarth. She is proud to work at a firm that allows attorneys to be equally versed in litigation and policy work.
