Yana develops holistic solutions for managing human capital, data privacy, and compliance issues. She has extensive experience helping clients recruit and onboard global talent, and administer mobility, including secondments and assignments. Yana assists with designing and implementing variable compensation and benefits programs; wellness/culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; and privacy and compliance programs. She also helps clients navigate performance and discipline, carry out economic dismissals—including mass reductions in force and worksite shutdowns, and negotiate and settle individual terminations and restrictive covenant issues. In the event of a merger or acquisition, Yana advises companies on workforce and privacy aspects of transactions and post-acquisition integrations.

Yana supports multinationals in managing the entire life cycle of the company-worker relationship. She has helped young emerging growth companies put their first boots on the ground in most locations, partnered with household names on global workforce initiatives, and guided clients through global reductions in force and total shutdowns and country exits.
