Throughout his practice, Yoon has provided counsel and representation to companies of all sizes. He has handled claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower rights. Additionally, Yoon draws from his knowledge and experience working in-house and abroad to provide his clients with practical legal advice.
Yoon has represented clients in matters ranging from administrative hearings to high-stakes litigation in federal court. He has substantial experience defending retail employers against claims alleging disability discrimination, as well as health care providers in litigation brought by the EEOC and the California Department of Civil Rights.
As a member of the firm’s Complex Discrimination Litigation team, Yoon enjoys working on complex litigation matters alongside his dynamic colleagues to help clients navigate the legal obstacles along the way.
As a first-generation lawyer, Yoon recognizes that opportunity is necessary to succeed, and he uses his experience living and working in Mexico City to provide pro bono representation to youth in immigration proceedings.
