More About Amanda
Clients are strapped for time and resources, but still have to perform at a high level. Amanda strives to make her clients' lives easier by helping them create more Lean processes and put structure around the work that needs to be done. This could mean assisting them in the improvement of their existing processes, or aiding them in the development of new processes for their unique needs.
Amanda has nearly a decade of experience working with clients at Seyfarth. During this time, she has heard from scores of clients about the things that keep them up at night. This insight helped Amanda develop leadership, client service, and communication skills, as well as a pared-down approach to technology and collaboration, which helps her help clients.
Amanda was instrumental in helping to launch the rollout of a counseling helpline for a multimillion-dollar client. This included a real-time online platform that allows the client to view inquires that are made by their team, along with real-time metrics that allow them to determine specific business units that need further training, along with the categories that receive the most inquiries. The launch of this helpline has given the client's in-house legal team hours of time per week to spend on other initiatives.
Amanda enjoys collaborating with legal teams and clients on a plan of action and driving it to completion. She also enjoys getting both clients and attorneys interested in incorporating Lean into their day-to-day processes, to help them work more efficiently.
"If I can give our clients back some time in their day, then I have succeeded."

"Amanda managed two 401(k) vendor selection processes for a client. As a result, we are on the front line with their business folks and receiving more legal work!" —Attorney feedback
"I spoke with the client this evening and asked her how she thought using a project manager (Amanda) was going. She was very pleased. Very telling, she even asked me if it was making things better for me and it does. For her to worry less about how it helps her and think about how it helps us gives some indication of how her stress level is reduced." —Attorney feedback
