Amy has extensive real estate finance experience that includes all aspects of commercial real estate lending, with an emphasis on loan origination and servicing matters. Her practice includes the representation of lenders, commercial mortgage loan servicers, special servicers and co-lenders in connection with loan originations, loan modifications, assumptions, and various other servicing matters affecting securitized and non-securitized commercial mortgage loans.
Amy's practice also focuses on CMBS and Freddie Mac securitizations, regulatory issues impacting securitization, other portfolio and warehouse servicing agreements, B-Piece investor purchase of securities, and the sale of servicing rights.
Amy is the managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office.
