Corporate America faces many challenges when it comes to handling potential wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and other employment claims. Clients turn to Beth as a seasoned litigator with a track record of success in winning difficult lawsuits for employers and in achieving favorable settlements in such cases involving wage-and-hour claims, claims for discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination of employment.
Beth's experience in providing advice and counsel, as well as litigation defense, to clients in a wide range of businesses has provided her with a broad base of knowledge regarding many different business models. Beth has represented financial institutions, manufacturers, food service companies, health care organizations, retail organizations, distributors, transportation companies, and educational institutions in both state and federal court. She also provides management training and seminars regarding leaves of absence and compliance with equal employment opportunity laws, including prevention of workplace harassment and discrimination.
Beth clerked for the Honorable William P. McCooe of the New York State Appellate Term.
