As the Director of Technology Innovations, Byong helps clients use technology to better run their law departments. With nearly a decade of consulting experience, Byong excels at envisioning and implementing applications and delivering them with his characteristic organization and efficiency.

Byong works closely with clients, attorneys, and software developers to anticipate, identify, design, and drive innovative business and legal solutions. He brings a unique skill set that allows him to communicate and work effectively with both attorneys and other technologists. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Byong held consulting positions with companies in the professional services industry. He has managed large-scale system implementations from inception to deployment and assisted customers with their strategic planning, business processes and workflow development, team facilitation, testing, and training. With his varied experience, Byong has worked with clients in a host of industries including pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, and information technology services.
