More About Cyril
Real estate is a constantly evolving and multifaceted area of the law. Cyril works with clients to create pragmatic legal and strategic solutions to achieve their business goals.
Cyril represents developers and lenders in sophisticated financing transactions, purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, and landlords and tenants in commercial leases. He provides unique insight into the process for each side by anticipating potential challenges, solving problems proactively, and helping clients navigate each step of the process, from inception to closing.
Clients turn to Cyril for advice on structuring and executing sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and financings (traditional, construction leasehold, mezzanine, and preferred equity).
Cyril began his practice as a real estate financing attorney, before shifting into a broader real estate dirt practice that includes developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. In financing, Cyril lays down the road map for all real estate transactions. He also provides an understanding of the real-world matters that clients must navigate in all real estate transactions.
Cyril bears in mind clients' business needs when searching for practical solutions to complex legal matters. He enjoys his practice at Seyfarth, where he gets to unwrap complicated problems, and distill them in actionable components.
