More About Dana

Dana frequently represents many sophisticated real estate funds and developers. He has a broad-based transactional practice, which enables him to handle projects from their inception through the full cycle of the asset, managing everything from the initial purchase and sale transaction, to the debt and equity capitalization, to the development-related documentation, and the lease-up and final sale of the project. Dana’s clients include national and regional developers, pension funds, real estate funds, public agencies, educational institutions, shopping center owners, public and private companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Dana also brings a broad range of legal experience to his transactions, having previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John G. Davies in the US District Court for the Central District of California. His clients frequently rely on him to navigate their most complex transactions. Dana is a frequent speaker on real estate transactional matters and was an adjunct professor at USC Gould School of Law, teaching real estate transactions.
