More About Gale
Gale invests in learning and understanding her clients' business objectives and particular risk sensitivities. She uses her analytical skills and experience to craft creative solutions to achieve their goals. Gale has extensive knowledge in managing high-volume deal flow, and brings a pragmatic approach that marries traditional methods of legal service with the use of Seyfarth's cutting-edge client service technologies. These tools maximize efficiency, reduce cycle time, and manage budgets.
Commercial real estate clients come to Gale for advice in connection with a wide range of acquisition, leasing, development, disposition, and financing transactions. She is experienced in managing all aspects of leasing transactions, including leases of industrial, retail and office properties, build-to-suit leases, security for tenant allowances and construction completion, ground leases, and sale-leasebacks, among others. Gale also has extensive experience in the representation of national and regional banks and life insurance companies in structuring, due diligence, and closing of construction and permanent loans. For many clients, she serves as outside general counsel, partnering closely with in-house counsel, the business team, brokers, and project management to complete transactions on time and on budget.
Gale brings a business-oriented viewpoint that analyzes her clients' goals, and works to manage legal and business risks to the client. Having experienced the impact of the recession on her real estate clients, she remains keenly aware of potential risks, and works to ensure proper transaction structuring to protect her clients' interests.
In her practice, Gale finds it rewarding to see a facility go from "dirt" to a completed operating facility.
