Heather’s wide-ranging litigation background provides her with unique insight into the challenges that employers encounter. When counseling clients, she draws from her experience investigating discrimination and harassment claims on behalf of the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors.

While defending a national company in a wage and hour class action, she secured dismissal of an Unfair Competition Law claim through early motion practice, resulting in class period reduction. She also successfully settled a single-plaintiff discrimination and wage and hour lawsuit prior to the initial case management conference after meeting and conferring with the plaintiffs' counsel regarding defects with the potential claims.
