Ian assists clients with the legal matters surrounding the negotiation and drafting of all documentation associated with acquisitions, sales, leasing, and other property interests, such as easements and licenses. He has extensive experience evaluating, managing, and resolving environmental liability risk, including regulatory compliance and cost recovery.
