Jun advises clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and retail, office and industrial leasing. His work includes the structuring and closing of mortgage loan transactions for conventional acquisition, permanent, interim/bridge, and mezzanine loan transactions.

Jun’s experience also includes representing healthcare lenders in their lending transactions with a focus on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.
