Kerry identifies problems and evaluates risks and alternatives to existing practices in wage-and-hour law, in a practical and creative way.
More About Kerry
Kerry assists clients with all aspects of wage-and-hour compliance matters, including developing and implementing a variety of pay structures. She helps clients who are trying to develop compliant compensation plans that align with their business goals. Kerry takes a practical approach, drawing on her class action litigation experience to anticipate legal risks and help clients proactively implement processes to reduce risk. Many clients also turn to her to assist with very complex incentive compensation structures.
Kerry draws upon many years of experience focusing on wage-and-hour law almost exclusively. She works with clients across industries, focusing on health care, technology, and financial services industries. Kerry has a particularly strong background representing clients in the health care industry, and has a strong understanding of the context in which hospitals operate. This helps her develop practical, workable solutions to compliance matters.
Understanding that the "best" solution is not always workable for clients, Kerry gets to know their business and provides practical solutions. She clearly communicates the options and risks to clients and supports them with implementation of the option they choose.
Kerry really enjoys helping clients implement creative ways to reward their employees without running afoul of complex wage-and-hour laws. She also appreciates being able to work strategically with her colleagues on wage-and-hour class and representative litigation.
