Matt represents companies, directors, and officers in high-stakes disputes. Matt has a breadth of experience, including complex securities and commercial suits, fiduciary duty and derivative action claims, data breach class actions, commercial arbitrations, and responses to government investigations. Matt is also a member of Seyfarth’s Appellate group and has briefed numerous appeals and argued in New York State appellate court.
Matt is admitted in both New York and Washington state and enjoys working with attorneys across the firm to help solve client challenges. Matt frequently writes and presents on securities litigation and regulation, fiduciary duty issues, ESG, and other topics of interest.
