Michael guides his clients’ deals with a steady hand and a seasoned approach that protects their interests and respects the bottom line. Michael counsels privately held businesses in complex corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate formations, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, recapitalizations, private placements, and dispositions. He also assists companies operating outside the US on inbound investments and international transactions. Clients rely on his innovative deal making strategies and win-win approach to help them achieve their short- and long-term goals.
Michael’s experience spans a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on advising his long-term clients with transactional needs in real estate development, higher education, apparel, transportation, and service sectors. He has a wealth of experience counseling clients on international transactions, including the sale and distribution of goods and services across borders, joint ventures, and other business combinations with foreign partners and investors.
