She also has extensive experience in eDiscovery and document management tools, which help take mass amounts of data and organize them for effective use at every stage of litigation.
Michelle’s experience includes work as a judicial clerk for a federal court district judge and five federal court magistrate judges. Understanding how a judiciary has reviewed a similar case informs her approach to discovery and motion practice; she is able to look at issues from a court’s perspective, which translates to helping clients achieve the most practical outcome without wasting time and resources.
