Neil is well versed in municipal zoning resolutions and building codes, the New York State Multiple Dwelling Law (MDL), licensing requirements, and historical and environmental regulations that must be addressed prior to development. He anticipates issues, skillfully structures requests and applications, and helps clients obtain the necessary approvals without undue delay.
