These clients need seasoned advice that is practical, strategic, and commercial. Nick has years of experience both in-house and at law firms, guiding employers through complex challenges to solutions that are sensible, economical, and creative.
Nick possesses decades of litigation experience at law firms. He also has years of experience as in-house counsel in the financial services industry, providing advice and counsel on the full range of legal and employee relations matters—from onboarding and background checks to planning and implementing reductions in force. Nick has advised financial services clients ranging from boutique hedge funds to large multinational investment banks. He is also well-versed in advising on both front and back office matters, as well as working with compliance and regulatory personnel.
Nick began his career as a securities litigator before shifting to employment law in the financial services industry. His clients have included bulge-bracket investment banks, private equity firms, investment advisers, hedge funds, and retail broker-dealers. This experience gives Nick a unique ability to provide advice on employment law matters that is both commercial and compliant with the expectations of regulators.
Nick has teamed with his clients' legal, human resources, and compliance personnel to seamlessly deliver results that achieve commercial goals, resolve legal matters, and manage risk.
