Par finds innovative ways to defend her clients in class action lawsuits, and mitigate their risk of future litigation.
More About Par
Par's practice is focused on employment litigation, with a particular emphasis on wage-and-hour class and collective action claims involving meal break, rest break, misclassification, overtime, and work-off-the-clock allegations. She also defends employers against single-plaintiff claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. In addition to her litigation practice, Par also provides counseling to employers concerning predictive scheduling laws.
Par uses technology to enhance the services she provides to clients. For instance, through the use of Seyfarth's innovative technological tools, she created a live tracking chart that allowed a client to track progress with a California-wide audit in real time.
Par's experience in helping her family operate a small business in California provides her with a unique insight into the wage-and-hour challenges that California employers face.
At Seyfarth, Par enjoys working with clients to provide bespoke legal solutions that fit their particular business needs. Seyfarth has given Par the tools to do so.
