- Obtained a decision in favor of the employer at a hearing before the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development in which the plaintiff filed a claim for unpaid bonus payments following a resignation of employment.
- Won a motion to dismiss a multi-district class action litigation centralized in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation in which Plaintiffs alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other state law statutes on the basis that Plaintiffs lacked standing under Article III of the US Constitution.
- Won a summary judgment motion in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey in a case alleging unlawful discrimination and retaliation under the Family Medical Leave Act and New Jersey Family Leave Act.
- Won a motion to dismiss a case before the US District Court for the District of New Jersey in which the plaintiff sought for the Law Against Discrimination to be interpreted to cover a stomach flu for purposes of establishing a claim of disability discrimination.
