Rebecca has a decade of experience behind her. Rebecca spent the last ten years practicing in Singapore and has extensive experience across the Asia Pacific region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and India. Her experience encompasses the complex and varied range of employment law and incentives issues, and she is frequently sought after by major employers across the globe to structure and create compliant employment solutions, including senior executive and employee incentive arrangements, having designed bespoke incentive plans for several tech startups and other multinational companies that align with company objectives.
Rebecca advises on the strategic and tactical management of labor and employment law matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and outsourcing arrangements.
